If you have a BusBiker put on transport, this can only be done to a business address that is available for delivery from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If by chance no one is present at the time of delivery, the transporter will take the BusBiker back and offer it to you later.
Because the BusBiker is then transported 3 times, additional costs will be charged to you afterwards.
So always state the working day when ordering with remarks that the BusBiker cannot be delivered, this prevents extra costs.
